«On the morning of Pentecost, Mary watched over with her prayer the beginning of evangelization prompted by the Holy Spirit: may she be the Star of the evangelization ever renewed which the Church, docile to her Lord's command, must promote and accomplish, especially in these times which are difficult but full of hope!» (EN 82).

Since 1974 the "youth prayer groups", as they were called, have had a full-day encounter to celebrate the feast of Mary's Assumption. Mary's Day is still celebrated every year.

On Mary's Day 1988, we received through Mgr. Novak the definitive ecclesial approval, and Fr. Ricardo made a consecration prayer of the Movement to Mary.

From 1995 on, retreats about Mary's mystery have been held annually. From one of these retreats a Marian Center was constituted, and some Marian prayer groups started meeting in The Movement of the Word of God. This was the origin of the present Marian Branch.

In this, the community prayer is related to praying the Rosary of the Seven Days. Community life as well as the service of evangelization are lived through Mary.
